How it works?

1) Answer a few questions such as when you usually eat breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekdays and weekends.
2) Get reminded to eat 15 or 30 minutes before meal time.
3) Eat on time and earn points
4) Earn enough points, and redeem them for gift cards!
